This tune is We See from Arthur Blythe’s Light Blue album. I ripped it from vinyl; doesn’t seem to exist on cd. I like the instrumentation - alto sax, drums, cello, guitar, tuba - a no-piano arrangement of a Monk tune.

We See mp3

The question in my mind today is: who are we? Who are we that we are too cautious to recklessly call for a cease-fire - a cease-fire that could save innocent bystanders? Hell, a cease-fire that could save anyone? Who are we? Israel’s bitch.

Just checking to let you know I’m still reading. Been way too busy the past couple of weeks and we are off to Peru for the next week. I have a conference and then we are going to do some sight seeing.

    Hope you are well.
