No he hasn’t. He is lying when necessary, sliding around the truth without leaving evidence of perjury when possible, but he is always deceitful, always slippery. And so is Tony Snow. And I don’t believe that they care that the whole world knows it. These guys just keep pushing further and further, even as everyone else’s testimony stacks up against them. Like this:
